30 Days to Change

The 30 Day Fitness Challenge is an intense 1 month program combining circuit training, intervals, and plyometrics at high intensities with cutting-edge nutritional methods. The 30 Day Fitness Challenge will empower you to get dramatic results at an accelerated rate while developing your strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. You will also learn how to fuel your body with a 4 week nutrition plan designed specifically for quick results. The program includes eight 1 hour group training sessions (groups of 3-5) and a written daily cardio planner.
