30 Day Challenge

No time to plan a menu? This program was developed for our incredibly successful 30 Day Challenge. This set menu plan will jumpstart your metabolism by using whole food principles. Whole foods are foods closest to their natural state and are the key to balancing out all your bodies systems, including your digestive, hormonal, and adrenal systems. You will be introduced  to food combinations and eliminate those foods that keep your from burning fat. The program comes complete with set recipes and a list of products used.  See Sample Menu

  • 8, 1 hour group training sessions (groups of 3-5) meeting 2x/wk
  • A written daily cardio planner
  • A 30 day menu plan complete with recipes & designed specifically for quick results
