Getting Started

Prior to starting your exercise program your trainer will perform a thorough health and fitness evaluation to determine your current status.  Once your trainer has collected your information and determined your goals and timeline, a program will be designed to cover each of the components of health and fitness: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular as well as stress-reduction. We believe that a workout program should not only be safe and effective but efficient and fun.

The evaluation process includes:

  • Health history
  • Lifestyle analysis
  • Posture screening
  • Strength/flexibility testing
  • Cardiovascular assessment
  • Body composition

No matter what your goals, our work always begins with a free assessment to understand your current state of health, injuries, aches and pains, and aspirations.
