Running Development

Whether you are an aspiring runner or a seasoned athlete looking to improve your 5k, 10k, marathon or triathlon time, WellFit’s Running Development Program is for you. We cater to beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Regardless of your current ability our program will gear you up for a new personal best.

Our systematic training program incorporates extensive running drills to improve technique, conditioning exercises specific to developing running strength & injury prevention, and periodic testing using time trials to ensure proper paces are being used.
