“I believe that the safest and most effective training programs regardless of your goal should begin with recognizing the imbalances and limitations within your body. Whether your goal is to lose weight or compete in a marathon it is my goal to educate you as to how to prevent injury and meet that goal(s).”

As an athlete and a professional dedicated to wellness, Jennifer has spent over 25 years in the fitness industry. Although she has worked as a consultant, continuing educator, nutrition counselor, and group exercise instructor; her passion has always remained in personal training. Her expertise ranges from corrective exercise therapy to pre/post-natal programming to lifestyle and nutrition management.

Jennifer is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists. Jennifer attended California State University Northridge earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while competing as a Division I athlete in Track and Field and Cross Country.
