My approach focuses on functional fitness training designed to keep you strong, motivated, and prepared for everyday life.
With a background as a cross country, netball, and track athlete, I have carried my passion for fitness into a career as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I take great pride in supporting and guiding clients through their transformation journeys.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and live a lifestyle centered around health and wellness. I am certified to teach a wide range of fitness formats—from HIIT and Pilates to spinning, yoga, water aerobics, and Zumba.
My mission is to help clients build sustainable habits by eating well, training smart, and living fully.
